Homeowners and innkeepers are responsible for updating their property listings, which include property descriptions, photos, pricing and availability information. When vacationers find a property that best fits their needs and budget, they contact the homeowner/manager or innkeeper directly via the contact form on the individual listing. Many properties accept online payments, which makes booking a vacation rental or as easy as booking a large hotel.
