Couldn't be happier with Sea Shore Allure. My husband and I rented a 1-bdrm. Delbert and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They think of everything: great laundry, beach toys and chairs to borrow, coolers, BBQ, great kitchen. When we had a small problem it was fixed immediately. HIGHLY recommend. Hope to go back!!
We stayed at Sea Shore Allure for a week and are very happy to recommend it. It may be 3 years old, but it seems absolutely brand new. Its owner obviously takes great care of it. The one-bedroom unit we stayed in was fully equipped with obviously high-end materials and features - marble bathroom, stall showers with a choice of shower-heads, an HDTV in the living area with satellite TV, and another in the bedroom, a full set of brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances, a lovely wood floor, etc, etc. Our unit was on the first floor, and since SSA is directly on the shore we had somewhat of a water view, but upstairs the view should be much better. The pool is lovely, has a great sitting area, and a barbeque available for guest use. The owner Delbert is a hands-on owner, who picked us up at the ferry, drove us to the rental car location, and then led us back to SSA where he showed us around. He, his daughter, and Shei all are very nice and obviously care very much for the property. They took great care of us. SSA is a 10-minute walk from "downtown" Cruz Bay, and we walked in and back each night for dinner. The streets are well lit and we felt perfectly safe, but the only negative thing I have for this review is that the 10-minute walk must be the least scenic 10-minute walk on the island - it's past parking lots, fences, and random other stuff.
Well, it's a bit late for my review, and seeing some of the other reviews, it seems that it's been covered well. We were there in Feb 2013 and are returning in Feb 2014. The place is wonderful in every way. The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are awesome! We stayed in Unit 1, but all the units are top notch. They are all luxurious. We are staying in Unit 1 again.
