Both floors are dominated by the amazing views of the turquoise water and sky. The artfully decorated beach level living room features Carrera marble floors, contemporary and comfortable furniture, and a 65" TV with cable. The beautiful mahogany kitchen is fully furnished, and there is also a BBQ grill on the patio. The dramatic master bedroom upstairs features a king sized bed, en-suite bath, large soaking tub, high Bali-styled wood peaked ceiling, and custom made furnishings. But the spectacular view will be what you notice first. The second floor balcony off of your bedroom is perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. And Sapodilla Bay has the best sunsets on the island!
There is a wonderful restaurant Las Brisas, on the waters of Chalk Sound, a short walk from the villa. The island also has many other fantastic restaurants about a 10 - 15 minute drive. There are several boat excursions that will pick you up on the beach right behind the villa, or we can recommend many other island activities. Or you might just prefer to enjoy your own private slice of paradise and spend your days swimming and lounging. Villa rental rate includes a mid-week cleaning and an orientation at the villa with the Property Manager. Villa also includes: wireless internet, security alarm system, safe, beach chairs and umbrellas. Kayaks and paddle boards are available and shared between the three villas.
